Feeling like a fish out of water

I have never blogged before, and I am afraid I feel like a fish out of water. As I gain ground, I will find my way to discussing this new adventure I am on. Long story short: I am a 20 year veteran heavy equipment operator, mother of 2, and found myself with a broken back, and my career taken away from me. Determined not to starve, I am venturing into something completely foreign to me. And now, I JUMP!!!

As a woman of the big “D” as well I do understand allof these feelings and then some! As women we just have to pick our selves up by our boot strings and keep on walking and say “FU”. It does not matter what any one else says. These are our feelings, and we will get them worked through and come out on top.
