My New Year’s party is late.

As today has progressed, I have laughingly paroozed all of the activity of my friends for New Year’s Eve. I have to say, I was a bit jealous. As they were laughing and dancing and partying on, I was sucking on my inhaler, taking some NyQuil and looking frantically for my kleenex box. I know that 2012 is going to be a wonderful year, but, I haven’t exactly gotten off to a great start. So, my partying is slightly slowed for the time being.

I visited Facebook,  and got to see photos and videos of them enjoying themselves. Invites to all their houses to dance the night away. Well, I curled up on the futon and my daughter and I watched “What Dreams may come”, with Robbin Williams. My google+ showed all kinds of photos from Australia to Shanghai via some great buddies. They sure can party. And on twitter,  the whole world was buzzing from all kinds of fun.

Cough, hack…wheeze…. well…..

I will pick a night, pop some popcorn, make a hot toddie, and pick my favorite ghost story and shoot off some fireworks when I am ready to rumble. Just give me a second before I get there.
