Being Sick

I hate being sick! This cold has gone from just a sore throat to cold pains (you know when you’re so cold you hurt in every bone in your body and you just want to curl up and die), back to just a sore throat and running nose. Today while at work it was hard to hear because I was so congested, and of course I’m so poor I can’t buy cold medicine. Thank goodness for mothers who send home remedies with you at theĀ beginning of the school year. Elderberry juice has been like a personal savior during these past few days. Thanks mom ^_^ Hopefully tomorrow I’ll feel even better.

One Response to Being Sick

  1. Dear Gradergalbooks,
Thanks, on a related note, Motion sickness is a normal response to real, perceived, or anticipated movement. People tend to experience motion sickness on a moving boat, train, airplane, automobile, or amusement park rides. Head movement can increase motion sickness. Avoid drinking alcohol or eating a heavy meal before travel. During an extended flight, eat small meals and drink small amounts of fluids either before or during a flight to help reduce nausea and vomiting. As we know very well, prevention is better than cure; the following natural remedy measures may be adopted for curing motion sickness.
I’ll be back to read more next time

Thank you!
